This policy explains what information Grow Up Consulting collects from students, why we collect it and how we keep it safe. In short: we use your information only for education purposes, to support your university admission and study visa process. We never sell it.

1. Who we are

Grow Up Consulting is a study abroad advisory registered in the UK and Pakistan, with offices in London (Saunder Close, Ilford, London) and Multan (Business City Plaza, Multan). 2. Information we collect

• When you book or contact us: your name, city, the country you want to study in, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, your CV and the appointment time you choose.
• If you continue with our services: documents needed for admission and visa applications, such as your passport, educational certificates and transcripts, English test results (for example PTE or Duolingo), personal statement and financial documents.
• Messages: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone or through our website forms.

3. How we use your information

We use your information only for education purposes, to:

• arrange and hold your consultation, and contact you about it;
• understand your profile and suggest suitable countries, universities and courses;
• prepare and submit university admission applications that you ask us to make;
• guide you through your study visa application;
• keep in touch with you about your application.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or any purpose unrelated to your studies.

4. Who we share it with

We only share your information when it is needed for your education and visa process, and only with:

• universities and colleges you choose to apply to, and their official application systems;
• English test providers, when you book or report a test through us;
• trusted service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, email service and online meeting software. They can only use your information to provide their service to us.

You submit your visa application to the embassy or visa centre yourself, or with our guidance. We may also share information if the law requires it.

5. Sending information between countries

Most of our students are in Pakistan and apply to study in other countries, and our team works from both the UK and Pakistan. This means your information will be shared between Pakistan, the UK and the country where you want to study. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected wherever it is handled.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to support your admission and visa process, and for any record-keeping required by law. After that, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it earlier (see section 8).

7. How we keep it safe

Only our team members who are working on your case can see your information. We use secure, password-protected services to store your documents and messages.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is wrong;
• delete your information;
• stop using your information, or withdraw your consent.

Email info@guconsulting.co.uk and we will reply as soon as possible. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

9. Students under 18

If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian knows about and agrees to you sharing your information with us.

10. Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you book an appointment, your browser keeps a short temporary note of your booking so the confirmation page can show it; this is removed when you close the browser tab.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
